Payment methods - Security
Payment for your order is made before or upon delivery of the product(s) and can be done with one of the following payment methods:
• Payment by cash on delivery (Cash or by Credit - Debit Card) upon delivery-receipt.
Our company reserves the right to refuse the shipment of an order with the cash on delivery process to customers who have refused to receive a shipment in the past as well as in areas where there is a problem of service by the cooperating couriers.
• Cash on delivery payment is provided only for shipments to Greece.
• The cash on delivery process has an additional cost of 3.00 euros per order.
• Receipt in cash or by Credit - Debit Card from the Argyroupoli Alexioupoleos 16-18 store.
• Deposit to Bank Account or Iris payment
• You can pay for the order by deposit in a bank account or by Iris payment
• Our company's VAT number for payment via Iris is 099024730.
• Please mention your Name and Order Number listed in the confirmation e-mail as a reason in the deposit form.
• The deposit must be made within 3 days of receiving a confirmation e-mail, otherwise it is automatically canceled. Transfer costs from another bank are borne exclusively by the buyer.

• For security and confidentiality reasons, payment by credit or debit card is not available for telephone orders.
All payments made using a card are processed through Alpha Bank's "Alpha e-Commerce" electronic payment platform and uses TLS encryption 1.2 with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the of the appropriate key.
